Dr. Angerstein has been our physician since 2016 since we moved to Austin from Virginia Beach. It was easy to transfer the mediciations from one state to the other, which was extremely important to me/us. She has taken great care for us. Luckily we we have remained very healthy. It's easy to get in touch with Dr. Angerstein through the BSW portal, and we get results within an hour most times. I recommend her very much, she's helped to keep us healthy. I had a terrible experience! I experienced medical gaslighting and medical neglect while under the care of Dr Angerstien. One example: Dr Angerstien failed to notify me about abnormal results(radiologist suspected early osteopenia via routine xray results) that require further investigation and treatment(due to my age). This is the definition of medical neglect! I am so thankful I listen to my gut and switched MDs.
