I called asking about filling a prescription for a walker for my mom. They didn't accept her Medicaid, but the person who answered the phone was super helpful. She looked her up in the Medicaid database and gave me a phone number I could call for assistance, even though she knew we wouldn't be able to fill a prescription through them with our coverage. I really appreciated her helpfulness.
