Over the years I've interacted with lots of contractors, I was incredibly impressed with Jacoby Waterproofing. Great communication, prompt responses, quality work...I can't say enough. All of the workers were respectful and kind, but most importantly they know what they are doing! I wish I would have hired Jacoby the first time around and not wasted money with a different local contractor. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Bought a house a few years ago that this place did foundation repairs and waterproofing for, basement has leaked since. Tried getting this guy to live up to warranty, hardly answers emails and texts, sets up appointments and doesn’t show. Several other companies I’ve had give me estimates can’t even figure out what this guy did to the basement, and the stuff he did do is far from right. Will be contacting better business and filing claim in court

Ken and his crew did a great job on our 100 year old basement. They were helpful in explaining what we needed, and what they were doing. They worked quickly. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Better prices than other waterproofing companies I got estimates from. Good work just very dusty job.

I called Jacoby Waterproofing in regards to a Crack in my foundation wall that was leaking. Ken, the owner came out to take a look at it and told me they could seal the crack and stop the water and gave me a couple options I could go with. One being a little more pricey than the other. I chose to have the crack sealed and a couple guys from his crew came out and did the work within a couple hours. So far I’ve had zero water and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
