I would love to thank Jacoby and Meyers wholeheartedly. And, especially, Laura Preciado who made this whole experience easy and effortlessly. I had never been in a situation such as my crash. All the bureaucracy, phone calls, and just the time spent after a crash. I was already out of it. The last thing I wanted to do was pursue anything after. But Laura P. And Jacoby and Meyers really took care of me. They handled everything with care and were really looking out for me. I truly appreciate everything they did for.

Laura P. was amazing. She kept me informed on all updates. She was concerned about any issues that I had. I definitely felt comfortable with her. The team member before her I was very disappointed in. But Laura was the total opposite. Thank you for showing me that you care and not just treating me like another number.
