Except for Gloria Hernandez, who is worthy of a 10, Claudia Preciado is only a 4 because I do not feel I got the same personal guidance and explanations luke Gloria. Everybody else before Gloria, I give a 2 because I never got explanations, direction or even kindly exceptional help luke Gloria. You hear of all the attorneys that do this type of jobs and even the TV ads show full back to back support for their clients, I don't feel I got that support until it got to Gloria, she would even text or call when I had a concerns.
With my case they kept telling me to bring another attorney into it, so they can give me the most money back. After 3 times of trying to get the most money back for me, they drop my case because it became too complicated. Then with the other companies insurance they gave me 5.5x the amount of money Jacoby & Myers offered me in the beginning.
Easy to reach. Extremely kind. Amazing customer service!
