I have Kaiser/Medicare so I rarely have even a copay so my case will lean heavily on how the horrible incident has catapulted me into old age. Except for Gloria Hernandez, who is worthy of a 10, Claudia Preciado is only a 4 because I do not feel I got the same personal guidance and explanations luke Gloria. Everybody else before Gloria, I give a 2 because I never got explanations, direction or even kindly exceptional help luke Gloria. You hear of all the attorneys that do this type of jobs and even the TV ads show full back to back support for their clients, I don't feel I got that support until it got to Gloria, she would even text or call when I had a concerns.
