Best family Dr have been going to them since I was a child. Love the staff and service. Thorough and thoughtful
Receptionist was rude and cut me off several times. I said we don’t need a new doctor for 5 months and could we be on a waitlist. She told me they don’t have one and was very dismissive. So they don’t take new patients and don’t keep a waiting list. So basically, if you’re not already a patient you’re never going to be. I’m a San Carlos resident and my husband is a local business owner on laurel street. I’ve never experienced a lack of customer service like this from any other business in San Carlos. Disappointing.
Dr. Jacoby is the doctor for my entire family and he is the most incredible doctor I've ever had. Although I recently moved an hour away, I still choose to see him as my primary doctor and do not see anyone else because I have never been able to find another doctor like him. He goes above and beyond to treat his patients and is the most caring doctor I have ever seen.
