Justin is great! I called early on a Monday morning with no heat in my house and he was out looking at the furnace by the afternoon. He was incredibly efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jacobson Mountain Air and will be using them for future services! They came and installed a new furnace for me. They showed up at 8 am and had it done by 4! All great guys, very kind, very efficient!
Good luck with getting him to come and help do anything if you don’t live in Montpelier Idaho. After telling me he would take the job. Visited me once. He has now decided to just ignore any call backs…. like he out of business or something. Poor customer experience. I wouldn’t refer him to anyone.

I like owner as a person. Its more than difficult to get a serice call represenutive. Finally one was her to slip in and right back out with filter change. All of 5 min. $137.
My furnace went out at 8pm in the middle of winter, but by 10:00pm it was working again, thanks to Justin! He returned the next day to replace a part and we haven’t had any trouble since.
