I had to take a family member to the ER, we rang the buzzer for entrance 4 times with no answer! I had to call the hospital number to request them to open the door so my family member could be seen in the ER. The staff on duty were extremely rude and the PA caused my family member even MORE pain to where the patient yelled to stop. When the family member wanted me in the room for an Xray they refused me access even when I was allowed access before. Personnel are caring. My mom has been under their care for over two months now and they've been responsive and showed nothing but empathy for her and our family. Very thankful they are around for her.
