The staff here is absolutely amazing. My 82 yo mother came to this hospital and the staff took great care of her. They helped her in every way possible. They were patient, respectful and came up with unique ways to help her. They were always willing to take our calls and provide updates. I wanted my mother to go to Dickinson, but this is now my hospital of choice for any of her needs. They have gained my full trust.

What a dump! Incompetent staff and no real drs! Just go to Bismarck since that’s where they’re going to send you anyway!

I had to take a family member to the ER, we rang the buzzer for entrance 4 times with no answer! I had to call the hospital number to request them to open the door so my family member could be seen in the ER. The staff on duty were extremely rude and the PA caused my family member even MORE pain to where the patient yelled to stop. When the family member wanted me in the room for an Xray they refused me access even when I was allowed access before.
