Not impressed with Ford service, booked oil change for 10:30 today , I called after 1 pm they said it would be ready in 45 minutes. it is 3:13 now it is still not ready also they were to do a mini detail. Called manager to complain same song and dance sorry and excuses. He tells me he knows not about the detailing, don't you know what your department offers.! What a disappointing day today , last time I ever deal with Ford Service Shop.

I retract my previous comments on Jacobsen Ford, detailing department. My previous comments refer to misunderstanding which has been corrected to my satisfaction.
Frustrating Experience, Zero communication and no accountability. I brought my new Bronco Raptor in after a tire blew out at 11,000 km. Two independent shops said it looked like a manufacturer defect. This dealership has had my info for over 3 months and I still can’t get a call back. Every time I visit, I’m told the "right guy" isn’t in and that someone will reach out, no one ever does. I’ve now given my information four separate times.
