Great service from Jacobson today. Had some 3rd party gear installed in my van and I really appreciated them doing that. Equipment came with no instructions but Mike figured it out from their website. Install went great and Ken spent the time going over how it worked. And I got my van earlier than expected :)
Not impressed with Ford service, booked oil change for 10:30 today , I called after 1 pm they said it would be ready in 45 minutes. it is 3:13 now it is still not ready also they were to do a mini detail. Called manager to complain same song and dance sorry and excuses. He tells me he knows not about the detailing, don't you know what your department offers.! What a disappointing day today , last time I ever deal with Ford Service Shop.
Service department is always excellent.
