So a couple weeks ago we brought our escape into to Ford salmon arm had the winters changed over. Brought the escape back on a Friday experiencing some bad sounds in to front tire area they took it for a test drive and then gave us a quote of $3200 for strut bearings but didn't even check the tire the luggage nuts and told us everything would be OK it's safe to drive. Nobody greeted us when we entered and took about 10 minutes before some laday acknowledged us and asked us if we got any help. I said no and left soon afterwards.

Super impressed with the service team across the board on my ford explorer. The Team at Jacobsen went above and beyond for me today , they truly heard my concerns with my vehicle and gave me options!! Mike and his service team helped me! Thankful they gave me a ride to and from today while they worked on it!such friendly and pleasant people , excellent communication across the board! Highly recommend ! Luke was awesome to deal with in sales while giving me options! 10/10 I will be back!
