My husband and I went into the shop as we had a small problem with our F150 that needed fixing while we were away camping. Of course, while we Are were waiting. We were driving through Revelstoke BC and pulled into the gas station and there was liquid coming out from under the vehicle. I thought it was a coolant issue and filled the reservoir. I was told the local garage was booked solid and to try Jacobson Ford for a repair. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I wasn't sure that a Ford dealership would work on a Jeep. Our car broke down on the highway and the towing company dropped it on the Jacobson Ford dealership in Revelstoke. Unfortunately Monday was a holiday so I had to wait until Tuesday to see if they could fix it. When I got there on Tuesday morning they told me it would take a couple of days for them to diagnose it since there was a large service backlog. I'm from out of town, doing a cross country road trip in our Ford Transit 250 HT. The service I requested was a simple oil change and my tires to be retorqued. On leaving the dealership, on Trans-Canada Highway, two of our hubcaps flew off into heavy traffic. Not impressed. Grateful that it didn't cause a collision. I immediately called them to notify them. BE CAREFUL GUYS!
