Awesome service
Very nice people,fast service
Needed a windshield wiper fix, the rain was coming, miles from home. Your staff was friendly, helpful, and really quite pleasant to deal with. As I am a clutz, I asked for help installing it and a tech guy came out, did the fix, cracked a few jokes. All in all, one of the better experiences of this vacation.
Customer service is great, kind and helpful. The reason they are getting 3 stars is because they had lathed my rotors, and neglected to change the pads because the thickness is within range. As an automotive technician myself I know this to be wrong as the pads have now conformed to the warped rotors. When I called and inquired about this, I specified that I was an automotive technician myself and that this is not normal practice when rotors are lathed or changed.
