Very rude. Forgot he booked an appt and was mean on the phone about his mistake.
I’m 79 years old soon to be 80,and I’ve been to many good dentist, and one not so good. Dr Andrew Jacobson was the best. He explained the whole procedure and what to expect. He took the time to put me at ease . It was painless thank god , when finished he explain all I need to know plus gave me written instructions . I highly recommend him.
