Dental assistant very gentle and dexterous. Scheduling was flexible. Dentist thorough in explaining plan of care and anticipated potential problems.
Dr. Jacobson and his team guided me through extensive orthodontic treatment (related to hemifacial microsomes) for over a decade. Absolutely fabulous treatment, staff, and results. Many doctors of Jacobson’s caliber have a hard time conveying their knowledge to their patients. One of Dr. Jacobson’s greatest strengths is his ability to explain the why, what, and how behind each and every medical decision. Could not recommend him highly enough.
My experience with Dr Jacobson and staff was phenomenal. The staff were very helpful, understanding and they took time to explain what was being done. Shoutout to Kristina as well, she was polite, helpful, explained the procedures as well as the financial aspect of getting the Invisalign. I would definitely recommend going here if you consider getting braces and Invisalign.
