Jacobsen is a fun person and helpful with my fear of cameras. He was understanding and kind. My only complaint is the photos had shadows on my face and did not have the best lighting. I am not sure if that was due to it being a cloudy day, but for professional pictures it did not come out like I had hoped.

My office booked this company for headshots. Unfortunately, the first set of headshots were poorly taken and had enough issues that it caused me to reach out to the studio for further options. After some specific communication with the studio about the issues, they settled on a re-shoot. The outcome of the reshoot was better but took a lot of work on my part during the shoot (suggesting poses, highlighting eyeglasses glare in photos, etc). Great space, great lighting! The photographer was very welcoming, and easy to work with. He ensures the clients feel comfortable and picture ready. The sessions were quick because the photographer was efficient and had everything set up prior to the shoot.
