Jacobsen Transmission Repair was awesome. We had a weird rattle in our '06 Civic and were stuck with just one car in the middle of the work week. They fit us in as soon as they could, figured out the problem fast, and even handed me a Red Bull while I waited. Super honest about the timeline, and by the end of the day, the car was running better than ever. Hands down the best shop experience I’ve had. Definitely the first place I’ll recommend if someone needs an auto shop.
I called Monday evening, Chad got my car in Tuesday morning and car fixed by Tuesday evening. From the customer service to the efficient, fast and good priced service. 10 star! We will be coming here for any and all car services moving forward!
Went to Chad for a transmission issue on my sons pickup. Chad and his crew were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. Chad easily explained our options and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and his shop.
