Fantastic Shop! I needed a transmission for my Yukon and Chad Jocobsen was the man for the job. They are a knowledgeable, high quality shop with excellent customer service and fair prices. The job was done on time and I felt they double checked everything. This was a great experience and I will be referring all my friends to Jacobsen!

So, I get a call from my wife one day and she tells me the van went into limp mode. I contacted my mechanic Danny and after looking it over, he told me and showed me pictures of what he discovered. He then recommended a local shop that had a great reputation for doing these things. I contacted Chad and before I even finished saying what was going on, he knew right away what needed to be done. Jacobsen Transmission Repair was awesome. We had a weird rattle in our '06 Civic and were stuck with just one car in the middle of the work week. They fit us in as soon as they could, figured out the problem fast, and even handed me a Red Bull while I waited. Super honest about the timeline, and by the end of the day, the car was running better than ever. Hands down the best shop experience I’ve had. Definitely the first place I’ll recommend if someone needs an auto shop.
