I highly recommend Jacobson!!! I've done my research these are the best built manufactured homes, I drew my own floor plan and got it exactly the way I wanted.
I know it's a trailer. We've bought it seven years ago. It's one of the more expensive trainers so I expected things to last longer. The shower pan cracked this past year. I wish I could post a picture I took after I had it removed and a new pan put in. There was no support underneath. Just the sub floor and rolled vinyl. The doorknobs come off and you can't replace with standard knobs. The bathroom trim desentagrates from just a little moisture. I could go on. Consider another manufacturer.
