Trevor Linton has been wonderful. He’s a hard working man and I wish everyone had his work ethic. Very helpful and intelligent. Keep up the good work young man. 10/10 would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a home
Terrible ownership
Mr. Trevor Linton was very nice and helpful. He was patient with his explanations to me and answered my questions thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable about the homes and their construction. Trevor was very polite and personable too, I look forward to seeing him again when I am ready to purchase.
This is the lowest I can give them, but it’s more like a -10. Once the dealership was paid it was over with any assistance. I moved in March 2025 to a custom built home or at least I thought it was! I have been in the home for 5 months now and still have not completed a walk through with the dealership nor has anything been completed. I have a list with over 300 issues/ problems from window seals, doors not opening as so on. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HOME FROM THIS DEALER in Lake. Done
Beautiful home love the homes. Impossible to buy! They never call you back. Trevor doesn’t answer calls or texts and Chris the manager will talk down to you the whole time. They have no sense of customer service at this location. Was preapproved by them and my own broker but don’t know how to go from there no wonder this place is in the 3 star club it will go down from there.
