Beautiful home love the homes. Impossible to buy! They never call you back. Trevor doesn’t answer calls or texts and Chris the manager will talk down to you the whole time. They have no sense of customer service at this location. Was preapproved by them and my own broker but don’t know how to go from there no wonder this place is in the 3 star club it will go down from there.
This is the lowest I can give them, but it’s more like a -10. Once the dealership was paid it was over with any assistance. I moved in March 2025 to a custom built home or at least I thought it was! I have been in the home for 5 months now and still have not completed a walk through with the dealership nor has anything been completed. I have a list with over 300 issues/ problems from window seals, doors not opening as so on. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HOME FROM THIS DEALER in Lake City Fl.
I'll be as honest and upfront as I can be at this point. we loved the mobile home we choose. Delivery was on time per our contract, set up went well. We turned in 30 day, twice and havent heard a thing in 4 months. My caulking is craking in my shower, the corners that will cut you on bar tops and counters are not fixed. Corners in bathroom are missing moldings, etc. Things that I would have never thought to be still hanging on are on hold. Today I call corporate.
