RecommendedJacobsen is the only auto body that we have ever used & always will be. For starters, Laci has always begun our service with utmost kindness & respect. She is totally knowledgeable about anything that is needed. Repairs have been timely, even prompter than initially estimated, and of excellent quality. This team cares about the customer as well as the car.
Clark knows his auto mechanics so well and cares about perfection. It is the best place in town to take your auto. You'll always be pleased. Clark was my next door neighbor for many years and before he got his own business I watched many a time when he was working on cars. It was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, his personality is by far above anyone else I know.
I went today, after my car had been backed into and no one left a note or tried to contact me. I went to a different place before and they told me it would cost about 1000 bucks to fix. I had a giant dent on the rear back bumper. I went to Jacobsen and they were so so nice. They pulled my car around, heated it up and popped the dent right out!
