When you try to give the small family owned business and it goes horribly wrong. I live at the Lake of the Ozarks, I called and asked to buy a washer and dryer and have it delivered. The price was quoted on the phone and he said the soonest he could deliver was the following Monday. I asked if I should pay over the phone and he said he preferred if I came into the store to see the model to confirm that is what I wanted before Monday.
