I am so happy that we found Jacob's Well for the care of my Dad! The facility is local for us to visit, and the grounds are just beautiful. The staff here is amazing and treats everyone like family. They take the time to get to know each resident, and as a result, the residents get better care. My Dad has dementia, and they have taken the time to learn what strategies work best for him. I love this place, the staff is so nice and the residents are happy, i love to come and visit my old friends there. Sure sometimes something happens, but there is always someone there that helps and tries the best to keep the residents happy and entertained.
Well when I first started looking into this place for my uncle god rest his soul. There was a review on this website. That said if you want your love ones to die faster bring them here. I thought that was kind of harsh. They are a system that lies about their staff and care for patience. between them and the mental health unit in Having no grace md. I. Wouldn't bring my dog anywhere near maryland. You all suck! Thank you and goodbye.
My mother was a resident at Jacob's Well for almost 4 years. I will never regret bringing her here. The management and the rest of the staff treated her (and me!) like family. You can tell that they honestly love their residents. Up until my mother's passing this month, they treated her with nothing but respect, dignity, and love. What more can you ask for?
I have worked for Jacobs well nearly five years and l am happy working here with my residents. I am so fulfilled being able to take care of my residents individually because they are so different. The management take care of their staff as family and they always are considerate of each persons needs.God is good and God bless.
