HORRIBLE! Noel will take your deposit and never show up to install your granite. Thank goodness I put it on a credit card - don't give him cash or a check! When I am lucky enough to track him down he will tell me tomorrow - and that has been 5 days now. Today he swore he would be there by 3 but it's 7:45 and he's still a no show - why would today be any different?
