I called to see if jacob could fix a problem on my jet ski & i explained what the problem was & he had a smart reply & trying to make me seem as if i don’t know what im talking about. Very poor customer service

Awesome place!!! I called to get in… unfortunately it’s a 6week backlog. But Jacob took the time to ask what the issue was able to help me fix my goof up over the phone and now I’m back in the water within minutes. Will definitely go back for services
Boatluvr2023 recently visited Jacob's Powersports for service on their 2023 Wakesetter 26 LSV and was shocked with the outcome. Instead of fixing the engine, they mistakenly replaced it with a "Make America Great Again" hat and some empty Pabst Blue Ribbon cans. The level of incompetence displayed by the team at Jacob's Powersports was unacceptable.
