Jacobs Plumbing has helped me over the years dealing with several types of problems in my house from indoor plumbing in the bathroom,leak resolution, Basement window flooding, Outdoor faucet freezing, and causing internal leaking, and even Swimming pool pipe mitigation. They are incredibly knowledgeable and effective. They can handle any complicated issue and resolve it effectively in economically. Their knowledge has been passed through two generation. They really care about people, they are based and family owned.

I have used Jacobs Plumbing and Excavating for jobs both large (full waterline replacement from the road) and small (fixing a leaking tub drain and sink), and have found the service at both levels to be absolutely outstanding. They are responsive, professional and efficient, and truly are a family-run company. They show-up when they say they will, are on top of communications, and are honest. Jacobs installed about 175 feet of French drain across our back yard to help with some drainage issues. This company does top notch work that's fairly priced comparatively. They also layed a bunch of gravel for us around a new shed. We will not hesitate to use them or refer them in the future. Very professional, timely and courteous the entire process.
