Jacobs got to my car quickly and researched how to tow a Tesla when no other company would even consider it. It wasn't difficult just needed someone willing to do it and Jacobs was.
We were on a family vacation from Illinois to Florida. Our car broke down, just south of Metropolis before hitting Kentucky at 1030 at night. We had five sleeping kids in the car. Mickey responded quickly to our call for help; way quicker than our roadside assistance from our insurance company. It turns out our alternator had died.
