Fast service, took care of me right away
We have an odd AC system which needed to be replaced at some point. We had a little time to search. Jacobs Mechanical had been recommended through a friend. Of all the groups who gave us estimates, Jacobs was the most creative and helpful, finding the AC system we needed and proposing to install it at half the price of other competitors. I deal with a lot of service providers as I own and manage several rental properties so . I was thoroughly impressed with Matt and his team. They were extremely professional, mindful of my tenants, and very knowledgeable. Their rates are very reasonable and quality of service is topnotch . I strongly recommend Jacobs Mechanical for all your HVAC needs.
They do not have a dock and it takes them over 3 hours to unload plus if there is someone in front of you... They also took lunch in the middle of unloading for an hour. So I would not recommend anyone delivering here.
I called this morning because my furnace was blowing cold air and water was leaking, on top of that, we’re going out of town tomorrow. I talked to the owner, Matt, and he had his team come out today! They were able to not only access the problem, but they fixed it as well! The customer service I received today was some of the best service I’ve had since being a homeowner. Call Jacobs Mechanical, you won’t regret it!
