We have had a horrible experience here for our foster child. Communication is terrible. They kept him on just long enough to get a kick back from the AAC company, but discharged him before he even had the opportunity to learn to use it. Editing to add that I reached out to the entire board for assistance & to come to a resolution. When they ignored my requests, I left a review and shared my experience. They then retaliated by discharging our child from the remaining service he had.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Jacob’s Ladder. As a parent of a severely disabled foster child, I expected a level of professionalism and communication that was sorely lacking. Initially, we were informed that our child would be taking a "winter break" from speech therapy. To our shock, this turned out to be a complete discharge without any prior notice or follow-up, leaving us scrambling as we were not informed that he had been removed from the schedule entirely. The staff is friendly and professional. My son has shown behavioral improvements since going. He loves going in and hates leaving. Truly a great place for children!
