Bad with communication
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jacob’s Ladder and the incredible care our family has received. Julie, one of their Occupational Therapists, worked with both of my sons through the First Steps program for approximately two years when they were toddlers. From day one, she was exceptional. We have had a horrible experience here for our foster child. Communication is terrible. They kept him on just long enough to get a kick back from the AAC company, but discharged him before he even had the opportunity to learn to use it. Editing to add that I reached out to the entire board for assistance & to come to a resolution. When they ignored my requests, I left a review and shared my experience. They then retaliated by discharging our child from the remaining service he had.
