Noah did a great job on helping me find my best coverage
47 days later and still no refund check from insurance policy I cancelled . They wanna blame the specialty carrier but they are responsible as they are who I paid. Customer service is rude and full of attitude, if a customer is upset about a situation you do not show attitude back.
Jacobs Insurance is always easy to work with and has the ability to shop multiple providers to find the best price for the coverage I need. I never have to visit the office and can do everything electronically. Their customer service is far superior to any other agency I have worked with and I appreciate their effort, quick turn around times, and how easy they make everything for the customer.
