We were on our way to Alaska and had a cracked and bending frame. I was referred to Jacobs Industries and called them thinking any fix was days or weeks out. They had me bring the trailer in that day and had it fixed and ready to go the same day. That in and of itself was awesome, but the repair they did held up to the worst part of the Alaskan Highway both up and down and got us home in one piece. Traveling with our fifth wheel camper when we encountered a spring issue. Called Jacobs Industries and they were so kind to get us in the next day, even though they had a full schedule booked. They helped us get parts to replace a nasty snapped leaf spring. We also got replacement hardware and bolts to do the job right. They treated us with respect during a time of need and prices were very fair. Our trailer is now back in action!
These people are very knowledgeable and professional. I brought in my tent trailer with a bent axle and a broken spring, and they replaced with a heavy-duty axle and a pair of stronger springs, new bearings with a reasonable price. Trailer was in and out in 5 hours. Great job, guys! Demster hwy, here we come!
