I phoned in told them of axle problems they told me to come in as soon as I could get in talked to John when I got in the next day they had me going I forget the man’s name who repaired my axle I spent most of my life in forestry and construction business and worked with a lot of welders mechanics this fella that did my axle was very efficient and good at his job had me out of there in 2.5 hours excellent job and a fair price as good as it gets with bent axle Tom McDougall

Fast, good and cheap! Was passing through and needed a wheel bearing looked at on a trailer. They were great. They fit me in, got the job done quickly and for a fair price.

We had a broken leaf spring on our 1965 Aristocrat Lo-Liner and in big trouble, being so far from home. We weren't sure if it could be fixed or replaced, with an unusual leaf spring. We left our trailer, hoping and praying, not knowing how long it might take or if we would be in Whitehorse for days. Paul fixed our spring, along with all the other steps involved, and we picked up our trailer before the shop closed that same day. Paul was concise and went above and beyond in his skill and service. We were helped by Jacobs several times on our trip around the Yukon and I highly recommend them. They’re a family run business and have generations of knowledge at the shop. They can fix pretty much anything! Turnaround time is very fast and the prices are great. Everyone is super friendly, skilled at their jobs and the work is very high quality. Also the office dogs are super cute! I highly recommend them! The location on google maps seems to be wrong, they across the street but they’re easy to spot.
