AC stopped working and they were able to promptly come out and fix the issue. Friendly and did a great job getting my ac going again quickly.
They have consistently delivered great service over the last 6 years we have used them. Their pricing has always been fair, as well. You should try them out.
Our AC went out in the night on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Our house temp in the morning was 84°. We called Jacob's HVACR and they said they will be out to take a look. We got text messages and phone calls keeping us updated on the ETA, I didn't have to wonder if I needed to be around all day to wait. David arrived with a smile and a greeting. Took a little longer than expected, but pulling out an old wonky sysyem & installing a new heat pump/furnace in sometimes 100+ weather is a challenge. Dallas, Jacob & Paul did a great job. Grateful to be cool again! Thanks!!
