I love writing reviews like this because people need to know when they find a great company that truly takes care of their customers and does it the right way. Jacob’s HVACR is that company. My home is only five years old, and the heat stopped working just as the weather started turning cold. I have never written a review before, but this being the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I felt necessary to warn others about getting work done with this company. I brought an ice machine for diagnosis, as Jacob's is a Manitowoc Ice dealer as well. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I’ve used Jacob’s for the past 3 years and always very please with their service! When we moved here 3 years ago, our upstairs stayed hot and downstairs would get cold around 8:30 every night. Come to find out, this had been happening since the house was built without resolution. Jacob personally came out and got it fixed for us very quickly. we've used jacob's periodically for 10 years. recently i called on a friday morning due to AC not keeping up and periodically putting out hot air. they tagged me onto the schedule for the day. a very polite man arrived at 6pm and was here for 1.5hours fixing our AC. got it working. he was pleasant and seemed to take his time despite it being friday evening.
