Jacobs HVAC Services is so responsive and they were able to help us over the weekend on short notice! Dan is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with our A/C and solved the problem by installing a new thermostat. We are so happy with the overall experience and we will call Dan again if we need help in the future.

Great group of workers. Polite and courteous. Answered all my questions. Kept their work area and my house clean. Worked well as a team. Tech was exceptional at teaching Richard anything he needed to learn. He kept the team working. The men all seemed to respect each other
The technician did an amazing job of communicating when he would arrive, what the actual issue was with my AC unit, and identifying other issues that could be fixed without putting pressure on me to fix them immediately. My AC stopped leaking water all over the place, and his pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely hire Jacobs HVAC Services again
