Called on Wednesday to set up an AC cleaning appointment. Was told he couldnt do it because "the colder weather would cause an inaccurate reading" so we scheduled for today, Monday. Told him we couldnt do it until afternoon because we had another appointment in the morning. Set appointment for 2:00PM. When I got home today, had message from Jacobs saying we had an appointment this morning.
