I contacted Jacobs & Goodman about my case and explained everything in great detail to Glenn Klausman, who seemed very professional and caring in the matter initially. They sent an ex-law enforcement attorney or representative to my house to speak with me more about my case who certainly did not do a good job selling their service. He seemed very uncaring and overall not interested in my case - Like he was “only looking for a paycheck” - type of experience.
