I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jacob's Auto body and Customs. Devon and Jacob are simply amazing people. Jacob is by far the most professional and knowledgeable guy I have ever worked with in any kind of business. Not only is he professional, but he treats you like a real customer. While Jacob was fixing my quarter panel, he noticed another area (not on the quarter panel) that was peeling clear coat and addressed that area as well. I highly recommended Jacobs Auto Body Shop! My car was hit in the rear and a claim was called into my insurance Company. Jacob was highly recommended by my Mechanic and so happy I called them.. I made an appointment and was assisted by Jacob and later on by his wife Devon, a lovely young couple who are both professional and courteous. Jacob goes the extra mile. He kept us updated as he dealt with finding parts (and would not accept subpar used parts from his sources) and the other driver's carrier. Jacob was available, courteous, and clear. He and his team did excellent work.
Jacob and Devon are the best. Jacob provided a detailed proposal to repair damage to my KIA Sorrento. The work was done beautifully and on time and within budget. Devon provided solid communication so I knew what was going on. They totally exceeded my expectations. A 100% recommendation from me if you need body repair work done !
