I had a great experience with the air duct cleaning service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Arthur was thorough and professional. Before the duct cleaning, every time we ran the HVAC system the indoor air would bother us, giving me sinus headaches and making my son cough badly. After they cleaned the ductwork and improved the airflow, the air quality in our home felt much better and the problem was completely resolved.
The crew came by this morning and did a fabulous job with the air duct cleaning. The supply vents, return ducts, and even the dryer vent had not been cleaned in a long time, so as the new homeowner this was high on my priority list. We had our dryer vent and connected air duct line cleaned by Jacob's Air Duct Cleaning. After the job was finished, one of the technicians showed us the inside of the vent so we could see how clean it was. Taylor and Joe were polite, efficient, and professional, and they arrived within the scheduled time window. The whole service felt organized and helped give us more confidence that the airflow was improved and the vent system was clear.

Russell’s team arrived on time and ready to work. They did an excellent job cleaning all of our air ducts and vents, including the dryer vent.
