Terrible service and so expensive
My experience with Jacob & Associates was great. They were professional, and answered my questions without hesitation. Communication and response time was excellent. They successfully guided me on my issue and I'm very thankful for it I would recommend them for personal or business.
Terrible place, and customer service is horrible. Disappointing Experience: Rude Service and Unfinished Business I regret to say that my recent experience with Jacobo & Associates, Inc. left much to be desired. This young lady service was shockingly rude. Not only was she confused as far as to what year i was filing, which is alarming, she also has a remarkable lack of professionalism.
