I strongly advise against engaging with this office. I have personally encountered multiple cases with their services, and their assistance has been utterly inadequate. Mark Piazza is such an expert on eviction. He helped me to get the scammers out in 6 months which is a miracle. Our nightmare is over thanks to Mark. He knows everyone at the court and has a good rapport with the judge. He gives realistic advice that is really to the best of the landlord's interest. I highly recommend Mark!
