Horrible, horrible, horrible. Almost quite literally a horror show. Flat seats being used as makeshift beds, food was abhorrent in taste (and even that's putting it mildly) & sometimes even undercooked, staff members getting their rocks off on entering verbal combat with patients, and an overall lack of proper hygiene.

It’s disgusting and they don’t help you out it’s like u came here to get ignored my grandpa fell from the 6ix floor on the elevator and they came here he broke 2 ribs and they have him here suffering absolutely disgusting don’t come here please

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place and these people are DISGUSTING! If you really care about your loved one you would NEVER send them here.

Worst experience ever. It felt like jail. There’s a strong stench in there that 10 showers couldn’t get off. It’s so cold and they give you these thin sheets. The food was so bad. There were NO BEDS. It was literally two hard seats put together for everyone to sleep on. I don’t know why they treat the mentally ill this way. Seriously they need to close that building and start over. SOME of the staff were nice but the rest treated everyone like they were better than them. & they were cursing at the patients. I wish I could po... read more
