Parents please do not bring your child here if they're having psychiatric emergency. I should have read reviews and brought my child to a better hospital. It was an awful experience for her.
All i said was can i get some ice or ointment while we wait because my friend is in pain And the blqck ladys response was , we know what we are doing, and all i did was give him a cup with water and even that they couldn’t provide, why is there a black lady in the desk if she doesn’t even want to help. What are they even good for? But as soon as i started speaking English better then them that’s when they wanna help, what a joke of a hospital.
The worst emergency department
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Almost quite literally a horror show. Flat seats being used as makeshift beds, food was abhorrent in taste (and even that's putting it mildly) & sometimes even undercooked, staff members getting their rocks off on entering verbal combat with patients, and an overall lack of proper hygiene.
