Mr. Jacobi made me a same day appointment and was so reasonably priced. He came and helped us with a toilet issue. Now I have a leaky garbage disposal and I know this company is the one to call. He's so thorough and kind.
I called because of a frozen pipe and they so kindly talked me through the steps of fixing it on my own ! I cannot state enough how appreciative I am of them!
