They need more patient parking, especially for pregnant Moms
I can only speak for myself but as a women of color with high anxiety I have to say I was treated with so much care and attention. I gave birth in December to my beautiful daughter who I named after my midwife that’s how amazing of a job she did. She answered my questions and listened to my concerns I was never “just a number”. All my appointments I went to I was always relaxed and my blood pressures were always beautiful (2 prior pregnancy with preeclampsia and hypertension c-section). They almost killed my son during induced labor if I hadn’t intervened personally right as the nurse attempted to increase the Pitocin for the second time without my consent or communication. The first time resulting in my baby’s failure of movement. After failed induction & a c-section, they hauled my son off without letting myself or his father see or touch him. They kept our son from us for 5 hours after surgery, all the while I’m begging to see him. The excuse they have for keeping him “in the nursery,” was that I needed ... read more
0 star not even 1 this is already my third time they wasted my time for many many hours even though I had my appointment they didn’t find my blood work order in the system those idiots. The receptionist the only who manage things there. After 2 hours of waiting AGAIN!! They still didn’t call me. And said to wait when have empty room after called already 10 patient in ..I asked what’s going on again. Then why do we need to show up on appointment???
