Professionals that treated my dog like their own. UPDATE: I'm not in a financial position to bring my two dogs in to be seen for a wellness exam that cost over $600 total instead trying to just be preventative and have them take simparico trio. The vet denied my request for simpatico trio. They are requiring them to come in and me spend the additional 600 plus dollars. Great vets office all around
I have had the opportunity to see all four vets at Southtowns since moving to this area 1 1/2 years ago. They are all incredibly kind and caring, as are the techs and office staff. Wonderful group and they are willing to work within your budget to give your pet the care it needs.i have to add that when I was in for a recheck last weekend, the office staff mentioned a pet who had a problem and was seen twice in a short period. The staff are always courteous and accommodating in any situation. They take very good care of all the animals they are dealing with!
We have been nothing but extremely happy since switching to this practice. Our dog recently had a dental cleaning, and while under anesthesia had two cysts removed. The vet called prior to the surgery to tell me that our dog was doing well and as long as her blood pressure was stable they were going to proceed. I got a phone call post-op to let me know how our dog was doing and she was released with clear instructions. I've found the staff to be friendly, compassionate and the follow-up is excellent.
