Dr.Jacobi is the BEST!!!! She has the most wonderful bedside manner, she is compassionate, caring, thorough, empathetic, kind...I can go on and on about how fabulous she is. She treats my cats as though they are her own. She never makes you feel awkward or uncomfortable to ask questions...she wants you too ask. We have brought our dog to Southtowns for 7 yrs the prices keep increasing and some of the tech services have gotten too high. I called a few different vets who charge almost $20 less for the same service. We have decided to leave and when I contacted them they didn’t even ask why which was very disappointing. Made me feel like our pet was only a number.

I bring my dog here. I've had no issues with them. All the vets I've spoken with are very knowledgeable. My doggo had her spade done here and we didn't need a cone afterwards.
