Haven't been seen in person yet, but was referred to Dr. Weigle by my general dentist for a root canal. When I called this morning to schedule I spoke with the nicest lady on the phone. She spent over 10 minutes with me collecting information, telling me what to expect, and answering my questions. If my visit is as pleasant as my conversation with her was, I will have absolutely no complaints.
I leaving this review for the staff that works on the phone, I called this morning because I had a referral to doctor Jacob ( new patient ) ; staff was very rude and no manners Customer service . The way they talk to New customer on the phone is unacceptable; that action made me to think twice about my dental care and I canceled right away . Had a root canal. No pain, very pleasant staff. Good follow up. Kept informed. What more can you ask? Got me in on very short notice. Thank You.
HIGHLY recommend Dr Weigle! He has worked on my husband, my 14yr old daughter and my 10yr old son! All 3 of them had a wonderful experience with little to no pain or discomfort during or after the procedures which says a lot! We will definitely go to him for any and all of our Peridontic and Endodontic needs!!
I highly highly recommend Dr.Weigel. I have seen him for an emergency appointment in his Danville office and today in his Lexington location. After my first visit with him for a root canal he called me personally a couple of days after to check on me. He and his staff are extremely nice and personable! I appreciate him more than he could ever imagine! Thank you Dr. Weigel for taking such good care of me today!!
