I love Dr. Vincent. He really listens to his patients. Leaves no stone unturned to find out what is going on with your health.
Dr. Vincent is an outstanding physician who truly takes the time to listen and understand his patients. He explains things clearly, never rushes through appointments, and makes you feel heard and respected. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, he has a great sense of humor and often comes into the room singing, which instantly puts you at ease. It all started on 2/24 when I found out I was extremely ill. The Dr. himself is amazing! However, I’m not so sure about his front desk support and Office Manager Mary. They are rude and do not keep record of when you call in sick from prescriptions. They give false information to keep you from speaking with the Dr. Their lack of professionalism and medical admin knowledge to run an office is why I will never return.
