This place is a joke all because of the front staff! The Doctor needs a better group of the front staff! They are unprofessional and rude! I had to go there for a referal and bloodwork. They stated the blood work wasn't there, but yet after a month they found it. They stated the referal was sent over a month ago yet they never sent it.
I saw a a few doctors after military retirement; Dr. Urda is hands down the best. He listens to his patient's concerns and is genuine in his approach to treatment. Needless to say, he is now my PM. For those of you in the Crestview area looking for a PM after military retirement, definately consider Dr. Urda.
