The best doctor I have ever experienced in my life. He is open to collaboration, will hear you out, and actually cares about his patients. I got recommended him by my family and can’t say more good things about how he’s taken care of me. If you’re suffering and need somebody to take you seriously, see this doctor. I drive an hour and a half each way to see Dr. Urda. It’s totally worth it. The doctor, his sweet nurse and staff are always so friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard. Their level of patient care is hard to come by these days and make the drive well worth it.
This place is a joke all because of the front staff! The Doctor needs a better group of the front staff! They are unprofessional and rude! I had to go there for a referal and bloodwork. They stated the blood work wasn't there, but yet after a month they found it. They stated the referal was sent over a month ago yet they never sent it.
