I visited the Toyota Lavington branch several times this week without an appointment, and each time specifically Josh promptly answered all my questions, resolved the issues with my car on the spot, and assisted me. He is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rest of the team are also kind. Thanks to their support at Toyota Lavington, I can now drive again with peace of mind. I truly appreciate all their help.
Fantastic service, fantastic team. Best of 4 toyotas i have been to, wrapped with the expertise, professionalism and willingness to help. Working at a dealership myself i can appreciate a good service team, and they truley are amazing. From drop off, to pick up. And follow ups for warranty work. The warranty lady did fantastic, and although i didnt mind if she couldnt get things covered by warranty, i am stoked she tried for me knowing the chances were slim. Well done Toyota lavington! Keep it up!
