I made a simple online enquiry to check their finance rate and very clearly selected the option to be contacted by email only. Since then I have received five text messages, four phone calls from random mobile numbers not even listed for the dealership, and five separate emails. Wouldn’t rush back, unfortunately. The salesperson was genuinely lovely and very easy to deal with. Unfortunately, the pricing was very hard to justify. We were offered a demo RAV4 for much the same price as a brand-new one. Given a demo has mileage on it and the warranty has already started, we expected that to be reflected in the price. It was also a run-out model that we were told can no longer be ordered, with a new version due early this year, which made the pricing even harder to understand. Wonderful fellow called Tom helped me sort an issue plaguing me for 2 years and just his lovely customer service and professionalism will keep me coming back. Took the time to help and listen and FIXED the scratch! Thabk you thabk you Tom. Terry helped me with some technical issues and was very kind and patient explaining normal noises to me.
