I bought a brand-new Hilux 2025 model from Jacob Toyota Wodonga. Richard was an excellent sales service, also in the finance department Nicole was an amazing making this all go to plan. Very happy with the new Hilux. Being from Wagga I caught the train over and Richard was able to pick me up at the train station so I could drive my car home.
I don't say think lightly, but so far, Jacobs have been great and staff with integrity. Stuff I don't agree with, warranty etc, but it gets well explained. Servicing has always been done well, the car has run well, and prices have been reasonable. Other places i have used, with other vehicles, the mechanics can BS you very easily, costing you a tonne. Will continue with Jacobs until they start getting greedy or the BS meter starts to rise. But after 7+ years I am very satisfied
I purchased my last RAV 4 from Jacob Toyota, Wodonga, and I had no hesitation returning for my latest upgrade. I’ve had my new Hybrid RAV 4 XSE for a week now and the improvements on the older model are noticeable. The car drives slightly better and the upgraded technology is refreshing. I worked through my options with Erin and she proved to be extremely confident and knowledgeable on a range of Toyota vehicles.
