I made the common mistake of locking the keys inside my 2003 Toyota Avalon. So I travelled from Corowa to Jacob Toyota’s Service Department to seek advice. I was met with ‘Get a locksmith’ from a junior service operator. This stupid comment was soon overridden by Mat the service Manager that day. He correctly advised that with a VIN number, Toyota could supply a key blank and Jacob could arrange the cutting. Called Jacob’s to get a quote on a new car with accessories. Old mate in sales says no worries I’ll send you an email by the end of the day. Never heard from him again. Hello Toyota Wangaratta. EDIT: The fact that it's taken 2 years to get a response from Jacob's Toyota regarding my review is indicative of the level of service they offer. Business slowing is it? Avoid these clowns, plenty of good Toyota dealers in the area.
