This company has been awesome to work with. Super easy to get a quote and was able to schedule to complete the work quickly. The team that came out was very efficient and professional. Even when they encountered some issues with our current old electrical panel box, they gave us options to resolve it with very reasonable prices. Will definitely be using them for future electrical needs.

I highly recommend Jacob the Electrician. We hired Jacob the Electrician to help us address unsafe wiring throughout our home. We were very worried about the state of the wires, and everyone at JTE was incredibly helpful and kind as we navigated the process. They all took their time to explain the issues and how they could be fixed, helped me coordinate with other trades, and answered any questions that I had. I called multiple electrical companies in Hendersonville and not a single one called me back. I called Jacob The Electrician and Chris called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a text message. Chris was absolutely fantastic with his customer service and coordination of getting me some help with a 220 outlet receptacle for our dryer. Matt showed up an hour early and quickly diagnosed the problem and had a solution within a few minutes. With that sorted he moved on to install the new light fixture and made quick work of the installation, even with the unusual design of the shade. He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate the quick and neat work. When I need electrical work done in the future I will definitely be contacting them again.
