I started seeing Dr. Taverna in 2008 and I was a mess. I had fired my old drs (long story) and had been referred to Dr. Taverna. He listened to me and got me with the right drs and surgeons. I'm walking and having a darn fine life because of him. He takes the time to listen to what you have to say. I thank God every day because I'm alive because of him. Thank you again. Sincerely, deby
I got in right away and the front desk and nursing staff were excellent and very helpful. Dr Taverna was pleasant and asked the right questions.I did not feel rushed and felt like my concerns were being addressed. I would recommend!
Worst customer service ever!! His front office staff will allow emergency issues to go by - "nothing they can do" The only available appointment is in 6 weeks... When told a 2nd and 3rd time ...this is an emergency and need to see the Dr. Tabitha repeats - nothing I can do...End of May is the only appointment available and hangs up!!!!! NEVER apologizes..NEVER offers a solution...NEVER suggests call this DR... What kind of office is this?
