I have struggled with medical professionals dismissing me. When I found Dr. Jacob she listened to my issues and I have been on the road to a healthy life since. She has correctly diagnosed three issues that other doctors dismissed. Once I had those issues resolved I have gained a huge jump in my quality of life. Her bedside manor is on point and professional. She cares about her patients in a way I have not experienced with any other health care professional!!!

I just called to try and get information for a procedure the doctor does. I was told she isn't taking new patients and the gal at the desk was less than helpful. She put me on hold and didn't come back. I appreciate you cannot take new patients BUT assistance with ideas on who to call for a specialty procedure would have been appreciated.
