We reached out to Marvin Windows and Doors, and they referred us to Jacob for our project. We scheduled an appointment in April for the end of May. The day before the appointment, they canceled. We rescheduled, but the next available appointment wasn’t until July 7. Then, on July 6, they canceled again. Recently had bathroom remodeled. Turned out better than I imagined. Joe (my installer) was fantastic. He gave me options while the project was in progress. Checking on my preferences. He was very meticulous in his work. Kate ( office coordinator assigned to my installation) kept me in the loop. Great communication throughout the project. I give Jacob’s 5+ on stars.
