I’m giving Jacob & Sons Carpet Care five stars because of their fast service; I called and they arrived in less than an hour. The technician, Julian, was very friendly. He checked out my carpet, which had some heavy soiled spots and included stairs. He answered all my questions and gave me a price that was much better than what others quoted me.
