I’m giving Jacob & Sons Carpet Care five stars because of their fast service; I called and they arrived in less than an hour. The technician, Julian, was very friendly. He checked out my carpet, which had some heavy soiled spots and included stairs. He answered all my questions and gave me a price that was much better than what others quoted me. It feels so wonderful to have the whole house smelling fresh and the carpets looking like new! I didn’t think our 20-year-old carpet could ever look this good, but the team made it happen. I am amazed at the results Brantley achieved on my bedroom carpet. The carpet is white and only a few years old, but my older dog left a tough urine stain after sneaking in through the dog door. I had another company come before, but the stain looked even worse after their visit. Then Jacob & Sons Carpet Care came out, and the difference was incredible.
