This review covers two carpet cleaning visits. Both times, Brantley came out, and there were two different technicians named Thomas on the visits. They did an excellent job with a level 3 carpet cleaning, which was really needed in a few areas because of heavy pet damage and stains. The team deep cleaned the carpet and flooring, sanitized everything well, and even replaced the padding where it was needed.
