Fantastic service! Malachi did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He really knows his stuff when it comes to carpet care. The whole process was quick—about an hour for cleaning and only a little longer for drying. Our floors weren't left soaked, which I really appreciated. I scheduled a cleaning for today, got no confirmations or texts. So I called yesterday to confirm they would be here and my appointment was confirmed. Today they never showed up. I called to ask where they were and was told a technician would call me. No one called so I called a second time and was told they had no record of who was coming and a manager would call me. I received outstanding service. It felt like a lifesaver. We were at the end of our rope, trying to clean our carpets before deciding to buy new ones for the whole house.
