The space is beautiful and vintage. Its the perfect size space for 30-40 inside or if you are having a large outdoor gathering with food and refreshments served inside and brought outside. We had my mothers 70th Birthday in December here for 40 people, it was the perfect space it has an industrial gas oven (standard size, and a standard refrigerator) on site, as well as a large sink in its kitchen area, although on the Floorplan they send it shows a small area between the main house and the carriage house that looks availabl... read more
