Dr. Shooks very knowledgeable and he tried to help but the staff was subpar. I waited two months for prescription I never got. then I left a message to reschedule an appointment and they charged me $50. And all this time, I’m asking to talk to Dr. shook. I never received a call either, just from his staff but to get a call back, I had to leave three messages or wait on the phone for over 20 minutes sometimes and would still have to leave a message. Very positive experiences with Dr Shook. I have seen him several times over the last couple years for various things, and he is a very knowledgeable, down to earth Dr. I would highly recommend being seen by him!
Solid guy. Straight forward but still professional. I couldn’t be happier having him as my PCM.
