Very caring and thorough. Kind and responsive
Dr. Shook is probably the best PCP I've ever had. He's on top of things, listens, and takes care of the problems in a kind, timely, and professional manner.
Dr shook was completely unaware to my suffering and decided not to be a doctor and help me. He was rude and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could
Dr. Shooks very knowledgeable and he tried to help but the staff was subpar. I waited two months for prescription I never got. then I left a message to reschedule an appointment and they charged me $50. And all this time, I’m asking to talk to Dr. shook. I never received a call either, just from his staff but to get a call back, I had to leave three messages or wait on the phone for over 20 minutes sometimes and would still have to leave a message.
